WARRANTY TERMS and INSTRUCTIONS

HYDHOME HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENTS is committed to deliver the best quality. 
Our products are covered by a comprehensive warranty.

HYDHOME HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENTS products are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year after its original purchase date under normal use. 
This warranty extends only to an authorized HYDHOME HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENTS’ buyer, retailer, partner, or reseller with original proof of purchase.

PRODUCTS COVERED BY WARRANTY
Cabin Tilting Pump
12 months from the date of purchase
Cabin Tilting Cylinder
12 months from the date of purchase
Steering Cylinder
12 months from the date of purchase
  • Warranty is given only to the original purchaser of the product.
  • Warranty shall not be restricted to the country/region of product purchase.
  • Warranty is only valid in countries where the product is sold.
  • Warranty shall last for 12 months from the date of original purchase. The invoice will be required as the proof of purchase.
  • Warranty covers the expenses for inspecting and repairing the product during the warranty periods.
  • The defective product shall be delivered, and the cost of the delivery shall be covered by the original purchaser (unless agreed otherwise) along with the invoice (proof of purchase).
  • Manufacturer will either repair the defective product or trade it out with a swap unit in good

working condition or issue a Credit Note. All replaced faulty products or components will not be returned to the purchaser.

  • The repaired or replaced product shall continue to be warranted for the remaining time of

the original warranty periods.

  • Warranty shall not apply for the defect that is resulting from the operating with components or accessories that does not come with the original package.
  • Warranty shall not apply for the defect that is resulting from the installing the product incorrectly by end-user.
  • We reserve the right to add, delete or amend the terms and conditions at any time without

prior notice.

  1. Email: info@hydhome.com.tr/export@hydhome.com.tr with the following details to obtain information from manufacturer – Product Code, OEM Number, contact person with phone number, e-mail addresses, and billing address (only for out-of-warranty repair), shipping address (where to ship after repair), and detailed description of problem symptoms. Copy of original invoice issued for purchase of the product.

 

  1. Ship product to the manufacturer in the original container with all accessories and label

number on the box to:

  1. Once the claim is approved, the replacement product will be prepared and then shipped.

HYDHOME HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENTS, reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by this limited warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product and/or to the issuing a credit note.

  • Negligence, misuse, abuse, or alteration
  • Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed
  • Connecting incorrectly to vehicle and/or incorrect vehicle
  • Occurring from improper storage, packaging, transportation of the product
  • Due to bad road conditions, natural disasters, all kind of performance test carried out outside the territory of the manufacturer company
  • Not complying with indicators and warnings of the vehicle leading to the damage of the product
  • Any other conditions beyond company’s control
All Products Are Guaranteed To Be In Good Condition Upon Delivery.
